The Optibelt Super KBX-POWER is a high-performance, raw-edged, cogged V-belt designed for industrial applications, offering enhanced power transmission (up to 15% more than standard cogged belts), high durability, and resistance to slippage through its molded cogs and raw edge.

Optibelt KB Kraftbands are banded V-belts that combine several high-quality individual V-belts with a top cover plate to create a unified, multi-belt band. They are designed for demanding industrial applications, particularly those with extreme shock loads, large center distances, vertical shafts, and small pulley diameters. This construction prevents belt whip and ensures stable power transmission in heavy-duty power transmission systems. 

Optibelt VB belts are versatile, classic wrap-style V-belts that serve as a standard choice for industrial power transmission applications, including agricultural machinery and mechanical engineering, offering excellent performance, increased durability, and S=C Plus set-constant length tolerances, which reduces maintenance and improves efficiency. Constructed with a rubber-coated polyester tension cord, a polychloroprene top and core, and a fabric wrap, they are designed for reliable operation in temperatures from -40°F to 158°F (-40°C to 70°C).

The Optibelt Super XE Power Pro is a high-performance, maintenance-free V-belt designed for demanding applications, including compressors, fans, and pumps, where high power, durability, and operation in extreme conditions are required. Its raw edge, molded cogged profile enhances flexibility and power transmission, while its EPDM rubber construction provides excellent temperature resistance and durability. This belt is ideal for designing compact drive units and delivers increased power and efficiency compared to standard belts.
