The Optibelt Omega is a line of high-performance rubber timing belts with a unique tooth profile and fiberglass tension cords for efficient, low-stretch power transmission. Key features include quieter operation due to the optimized tooth design, a long service life from special fabric and materials, and high efficiency. The range includes single-sided and double-sided versions (like OMEGA HP), designed for demanding high-speed drives, and certain profiles (8MHP, 14MHP) are electrically conductive. 

Optibelt STD timing belts are high-performance, universal rubber belts featuring a special semi-circular tooth profile designed for low noise and even load distribution. Inspired by involute gearing, the tooth form minimizes friction, providing a quieter operation than HTD belts. These belts are known for their fiberglass cord strength, making them suitable for various power transmission applications requiring high functional reliability. 

Optibelt Alpha Linear belts are thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) timing belts for linear drive systems that require high precision and dimensional stability. They are used in industries like automation, packaging, robotics, and food processing where precise, linear motion is needed. The belts are customizable with various top or tooth-side coatings for reduced friction, noise, or direct food contact, and are available in different tension cord materials like aramid or stainless steel.  

The optibelt ATC-SYSTEM is a patented system solution and consists of an extruded polyurethane timing belt. With its embossed ATC pockets, it serves as a cost-effective solution in flexible systems and the user of the ATC system can quickly and easily mount screw-on cams over any tooth on site. The connection can be screwed on and loosened directly by the user. This means that different conveyor shapes can be adapted on the same drive and base belt using different screw-on cams. The cost of stocking up on wear and spare parts can be reduced thanks to detachable cam fastening.
